You are in the right place if…

You coach for a living, your ideas already resonate, and one of these problems keeps showing up:

    • Your posts get reach, likes, and “this is so true” comments—but few discovery calls or bookings.

    • You know you should own an email list, but starting a useful newsletter keeps sliding to next month.

    • Your emails inform or promote, but they do not get readers to try your method and come back ready to talk.

    What's inside the free course

Five short emails that take you from "my content gets love but my calendar doesn't" to a first Challenge Newsletter you can actually write and send.

    1. Day 1

      The Agreement Trap

Why big reach can still mean zero calls, and what to watch instead of likes.

    2. Day 2

What Makes a Challenge a Challenge

The three-step arc — Try, Shift, Connect — that moves a reader from curious to client, and what makes a Challenge the move that starts it.

    3. Day 3

      Design Your Call of Challenge

How to create a real Call of Challenge and leave with an Issue Brief for Issue #1.

    4. Day 4

      The 9-Part Template

The full shape of an issue, plus the pages that help you draft it without staring at a blank page.

    5. Day 5

      The Issue Submission

You write one issue. By then, you can write your own Challenge Newsletter.

Replace compliments-only content with a system readers can act on

The advantage is not “writing more.” It is turning what you know into a small, specific experience that lets readers feel your coaching before they ever book a call.

      Make it actionable

Turn your method into something readers can try

Before: readers agree with your posts and forget them by lunch. After: they try a piece of your method in their own week.

      Build earned trust

      Let experience replace passive agreement

Before: "love this, so true" — then nothing. After: "I tried it, and it worked. Can we talk?"

      Repeat the system

Leave with Issue #1 and a system for the next one

Before: no newsletter, or one issue that never gets a follow-up. After: Issue #1 drafted, plus the structure and prompts to do it again next week.

      Day 5 submission bonus

Launch the publication without losing another week to setup

Before: "I'll set up Substack eventually." After: publication live this week — name and welcome page done.

        Why I created this

I built this system because I saw too many talented coaches getting 10,000 impressions but zero bookings. You don't need "more reach." You need a mechanism that turns your expertise into an experience your readers can actually try.

        Questions before you start

Do I need to already have a newsletter?

No. You can start from zero. The course takes you from no newsletter to a drafted Issue #1 in five days.

        Is this only for coaches?

Yes. Every lesson assumes you have a method, framework, or coaching exercise a reader can practice.

What if I already send a newsletter?

Good, you're ahead of most people. This course doesn't ask you to start over — it shows you how to replace offer-only or update-only emails with an action-led issue. Keep your list, and either shift a few issues toward this format or rebuild the whole newsletter around it. The test that matters: when someone acts on what you teach, does it move them closer to a result? If yes, that's what a Call of Challenge turns into an issue.

How much time does it take?

Most lessons take about three minutes to read plus five to ten minutes to implement. Expect less than two hours across the full course.

        What is a Challenge Newsletter?

It is a newsletter built around a Call of Challenge: one specific action that helps a reader experience part of your method instead of merely agreeing with it. This free course is also built based on that foundation.

Do I need Substack or another platform?

No. You learn and draft the format first. The Day 5 submission bonus helps you set up Substack, but no platform is required to begin.

Do I need to know how to write well?

No. The template and prompts carry the structure. Your job is the coaching knowledge you already have — the course turns that into a format people act on.

Will you try to sell me something?

Day 1 through Day 5 is the free course, full stop. Day 5 may mention that writing these newsletters is also what I do for coaches as a paid service, for anyone who'd rather have someone else write it. You don't need it to finish the course or write your own Issue #1.

        Is the course really free?

Yes. The five-day course is free, requires no card, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

        What happens after Day 5?

You'll keep getting a weekly Challenge Newsletter in your inbox. It's a way to practice the format on yourself — feel what a Call of Challenge is like as a reader — before you run it on your own audience. Each one also includes one action you can take to grow your coaching business with newsletters.

Ready to create a newsletter that leads to calls, not only compliments?

Build your Challenge Newsletter in five days. Day 1 arrives in about five minutes.
